By purchasing or using WorthyStream, you agree to these terms. Please read them before placing an order.
Service description
WorthyStream provides IPTV technology, setup assistance and access services. Channel and VOD availability varies by region, device and content licensing. We do not guarantee that every channel, sporting event or title will be available at all times.
Accounts and connections
Your login is personal. Do not share it publicly or resell access without a reseller agreement. Each plan includes one simultaneous connection unless you purchase an additional connection. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
Payments and renewals
Plans are prepaid for the term shown at checkout. There is no automatic renewal. Prices are in US dollars and may change for future terms. Payment instructions are provided on WhatsApp before activation.
Refunds
The 12-month VIP plan includes a 30-day money-back guarantee. If the service does not work on your device and support cannot resolve the issue, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Shorter plans and free trials are not eligible for refunds. Chargebacks without contacting support first may result in account suspension.
Acceptable use
You agree not to redistribute, record for commercial use, resell or publicly share the service; not to use it for unlawful purposes; and not to attempt to bypass connection limits or security controls.
Availability and support
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, ISP issues, device problems and third-party network failures can affect playback. Support is available 24/7 on WhatsApp.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WorthyStream is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the current term.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is effective as of October 24, 2026. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
